Thank you for choosing TALARIA E-BIKE SHOP. We appreciate that you enjoy purchasing the awesome items we offer! We want to ensure that you are satisfied and have a positive overall experience after acquiring our products. That being said, we’ve included some information regarding our shipping and return policies below.

 

Shipping Policy

Talaria electric bikes are a little too large and heavy to ship, therefore we use Freight LTL for all of our bikes. All shipments will require a delivery appointment, so please double-check that you have supplied the correct e-mail and phone number so that our Freight carrier can schedule your delivery! TALARIA E-BIKE SHOP gladly provides liftgate services for individuals who require them, but any further services (such as inside deliveries) will be at your own price.

We use Freight LTL, so not all destinations are always deliverable. If we are unable to deliver to your current address, we will notify you and request an alternative address.

Shipping insurance is to be handled surely by the customer.

We send freight four times every week, so when you place your order and receive your order confirmation, it will ship with 1-3 business days depending on when the order was placed.

Warranty Policy

TALARIA E-BIKE SHOP provides a limited warranty on their products.

Talaria ebikes are enormous and costly to ship, and once ridden, they are considered used, so we do not accept returns unless they are defective on arrival. We are not a rental store, and we strongly advise you to conduct your own research before making a purchase from us. If a bike has a minor cosmetic issue (such as a scratch or chip in the paint), we will try to negotiate a reasonable discount, but this does not qualify for warranty replacement or a return.

For 60 days following the delivery date, we will replace any part that is deemed defective during manufacturing.

The power system (motor, controller, display, and battery) has six months limited warranty.

Exclusions include regular wear components (such as bearings, seals, chain, brake components, and suspension valving), as well as overuse or failure caused by accidents, crashes, or negligence. Misuse also includes modifying any wiring or adding non-genuine parts, as well as using it for racing. Any improper charging, storing, or discharging will void this limited warranty. Limited warranties are non-transferable, and you must provide evidence of purchase from us, TALARIA E-BIKE SHOP, before requesting warranty replacement. 

Return Policy

We understand that a product may not be what you expected, and in that case, we ask you to check the following terms for returning a product.

  • When you receive a shipping notification, it is too late to cancel the order; you must request a return.
  • We accept returns within 30 days after the original ship date as long as the item is in its original sealed packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable for change of mind returns.
  • We may refuse to accept or permit the return of products that are not in their original, unopened packaging or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.
  • Once the product has been returned to us and verified as complete (containing the “original sealed” product box, with the device in its original packing materials) and undamaged. You will receive a refund for your purchase amount, less shipping and handling. We do not reimburse delivery fees.
